Just a random question… if i find the block on suprnova do i get more shares of the block thats found or is it split equally refering to my hash rate?
You’ll always get paid the percentage of the block you’ve contributed shares for. Regardless if you find the block or not. The payout shares are calculated over the last 10 rounds like described here: http://give-me-coins.com/support/faq/what-is-pplns/

Try attaching monitor cable to the problem card and the system will utilize the it properly.
@ocminer I can’t seem to get the anonymous mining working… my Claymore bat file runs perfectly fine, connects via ssl and submits/accepts shares, but my account never shows anything… been connected for about 20 min now.

Then you should see your stats within a few moments

You got scam, PPLNS is scam in long rounds, suprnova pool will switch user hashrate to another anonimous Zcash address and no found new blocks, then if you dont mine in last 3 long rounds, you get nothing (he said “last 10 rounds” is scam) and he will modify " Bad Luck" from 12x,13x% to 100% in next 1,2 days
Zcash mining in suprnova(7 days 100% luck ) is lower 20%,30% to another pool
Stay away from this scam pool

In next several long rounds (bad luck 300-400%), you still get stuck and lost 100% share if don’t finish scam long round
Would be good to have a discussion regarding what users thought was fairest way for pool to distribute block payment, we started with PPS (pay per shares) then moved to PPLNS ( pay per last N shares)
I prefer PPLNS since it rewards miners who are mining on one pool, this payment method is no good for pool hopping so some miners don’t like this method
Granted my earnings have been poor last while on pool so am monitoring situation closely
There are, on all pools, long rounds and short rounds. Of course no one complains over 6% or 20% rounds… Some pools don’t display round statistics or luck statistics at all… What is better? Pplns evens that out, you get paid for your shares over a certain amount of time, not only for the current round.

I’m sorry that you don’t understand how pools, payouts schemes and luck works, I’ve tried to explain it several times.
Is it just me totally lost in what @dorothy is posting here? I can’t see where this scam is that he’s posting here and seems to have opened a thread at bitcoin talk regarding the same thing, such accusations can cost people there living with users reading this garbage, sounds like @dorothy has an axe to grind but his argument makes no sense to me, maybe someone better experienced can step in and explain why he’s got his knickers in a twist regarding suprnova PPLNS payment method
