Please Help - One GPU will not mine ZCL but can mine ETH

Hi,

Looking for some help troubleshooting a GPU issue.

My Setup:
Motherboard: ASUS B250 Mining
CPU: Intel G4400
SSD: 128GB
RAM: 8GB (vRam 16GB)
OS: Win 10 Pro
Drive: AMD 17.11.4
3x 750w PSU
4x ASUS DUAL 8GB RX580
2x XFX 8GB RX480

Miner:
Claymore

Issue:
When I mine ZCash (ZCL) “GPU 1” fails immediatly, I See 0Sol and then after a while Claymore restarts with an OpenCL hang message
I am using -di 02345 to get around the issue for now.

If I setup the ETH miner to use -di 1 I get 30MHs without issue.

Help:
What can be stopping the GPU from mining ZCL?
I even set the BIOS to stock, my only mod is UberMix 3.2

in the first SS, it doesn’t even show it failed, its just not there.
in your second screen shot, it doesn’t even show how many GPU’s are running, so I’m not sure how you know it is…

So my questions are these:

How many GPU’s show in your Display Adapters? send a SS of that please.
What version of claymore are you using?
What drivers are you using?

Miners
ZCash = Claymore v12.6
ETH = Claymore v10.2

For ZCL I am using the command:
-di 02345 this skips GPU 1 and stops the miner restarting

For the ETH example I used the command:
-di 1 just to show that GPU 1 is working on ETH

Nope doesn’t work that way… the ETH software may see gpu 1 as a different card than the Zcash

i have only one gpu msi rx580 8gb hynix but the hashrate is only 225sol/s please help me to increase it
